they always kiss, but never a french. my best friend (who is the guy in the relationship) said he asked her what she thought of it and all she said was "interesting question". he says he isn't hurt or anything and he doesnt want to anymore. so i said ok.

i told my girlfriend about this and she laughed and started bring back those precious memories of our first kiss. she didn't know waht to say and didn't have any advice to offer him either... but i'm concerned with his girlfriends prudyness. i know he wont break up with her for something as stupid and little as this, and i know that if he keeps working at it, eventually she will want to french him.

i told him not to force her into it. please post if you have some positive advice for my friend

No. In English, there are structures that can be used to form a sentence without necessarily having a subject and a predicate.

Example:

"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
