ohio update

the trip all the way here was pretty difficult. my little sister whined the whole way here. i didn't get any sleep.

we got here at about 8 in the morning. the first thing i did was take a long shit.

at noon we went up to the hospital my aunt is in. she is in a pitiful state. just seeing the incision on the head was quite unbearable. she was out cold the entier time.

today my aunt is better. she was talking. but it's so ****ing hard to understand her. she's done so many nice things for everyone in her life, she really doesn't deserve to go through this. the doctors think she will recover fully though.

on top of all that, none of my friends want to hang out. they all have obligations, but if any of them ever came out to south dakota to see me, i'd take a few days off work to see them. makes me wonder if they're really friends. the friends i have in south dakota are more loyal.

i did get to see one of my friends. she came over last night and we really had nothing to do. i wish we could've gone out to eat or something but we don't have any money. we had a little wrestling match before i had to drive her home, and i tickled her to death.

i actually can't wait to go back home to south dakota. there's really no point in coming here when nobody is interested in seeing me.

I don't celebrate Easter, and yes, I am Jewish (and agnostic). I converted. I used to be Catholic. What about you? Are you going to an Easter egg hunt?

Jews can be agnostic and still be "good" Jews because the religion has very little dogma. The emphasis is placed on behavior rather than belief.
