Here it gose I have been going to dinner with a guy called Adam for ages. I knew now for a couple of mouths that he has feelings for me we had just haven't got together yet. But on Friday we had my works x mas doo but he didn't come so anyway it was all going well until I ended up kissing some guy and now Adam is upset with me and we are not talking.
What should I do?
I didn't really notice how much I liked him until this happened now I feel like a *****.

Call him up and tell him you think you've hurt him and you're sorry. It's good to be direct about these things.

Yep, admit you've made a mistake. Be humble, ask for forgiveness if you did hurt him, and try to repair the damage by proving he can trust you again.

I would feel hurt if I was him too but it should be a reminder he should commit to a relationship instead of just want you to be his without making it official. Thats a guys scapegoat. Make sure he knows that you were a little confused that you were dating and he never seemed to want to take it further. Remember 'dating' does not mean the same as 'going steady with one person,' 'dating' means getting to know different people to find someone youre compatible with
