Do women provoke men at work?

I happened to read an article about sexuality at work in some website.
It just reminded me of few of the behaviors of a female co-worker.
She is friendly to me, comes to work in casual skirt, goes up the stairs without holding her skirt. Once when we were alone in a meeting room, she said she got a sun burn and explained it in a provocative manner. She got up from her chair, moved right in front of me. She was wearing a knee length casual skirt. She just took a quick look outside the room. Touching/rubbing her belly with both her hands "It's here in my belly" and then, touching/rubbing her inner thighs close to her bikini line (her palms forming an inverted triangle), she said "It's here too. I was sitting with my legs crossed". There was a pink colored chair in the room. She said "It's between this color and red". It made me uncomfortable (if you know what I mean). I just responded "Oh ok". She then uttered "ouch" when she sat back on the chair again. Her actions are kinda provocative.
She has told me quite a few times that her husband doesn't have a job. She once asked me whether I like to have kids or not. I once helped her out in finishing a task before the schedule. She then sent me a message "You're my favorite person of the week ". She is in her early 30s and I am in late 20s. She knows that I am single. I am just wondering what's going on in her mind. I am not good in reading women.

Some women like to toy with reserved guys like you, makes them feel powerful.

You should shove your cock her mouth just to show her who's boss.

Yes. It's not their favourite sport, but if they want to bother, they will.

I suggest you following Giga's advice and staying away from her. Obviously, she needs new glasses.

It's called harassment. If you're uncomfortable with such behavior I would let her know as such. And then report it to HR (If your company has HR)
"Well, then," the Cat went on, "you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad."

Or she could just be friendly. I wonder if you'd think it was wrong if the same words / actions were said / done by a guy?

If he's a guy, chances are he'd be even more freaked out...

When it comes to such behavior I believe covering one's own ass first. If she's crazy enough to behave that way and find it acceptable at work, then she's crazy enough to accuse you of harassment when you turn her down.

    Women provoke men everywhere.

Ha! She's coming on to you because she didn't hold her skirt up?

I wouldn't consider this overtly provocative unless she was licking her lips and rubbing her nipples while she was talking to you.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

i think men exaggerate things a lot. for example i got a bad sunburn last summer, and asked a married guy who sits in my room to rub some aloe gel on my back. everyone went around saying that i was trying to hit on him, even though that was the last thing on my mind. i was in hell of a pain and all i needed was help. if i was hitting on him, i'd take him a more secluded place to rub it on me and not do it in public, right?
The male is a domestic animal which, if treated with firmness, can be trained to do most things

I remember reading a study about men overwhelmingly believing women are flirting, when those same women believed they were just being nice.

I completely disagree. If the same thing was done by a guy, the woman would have cried HARASSMENT and thrown the guy out of job.
You might be different. But, certain women try to abuse the power they have got.
