    Louisiana Tax Forms Suck

    I'm calculating percentages now.

    This is so ridiculous.

Yup, no one wants to pay.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I'd rather pay than do f*cking cock sucking percentages!

Percentages and ratios have no place on a tax form!

That "worksheet" is what I'm doing now.

    I can do it.

It's just dumb, so I'm bitching about it.

It would be easier to charge everyone a flat percentage based on income, don't you think?

    It would.

But then H&R Block would go out of business, and that's not good for the economy.

its a really weird thing in the states the way you guys have to do your taxes if you are an employee, very weird, infact to the point it's a little suspect, did you know that there is no law in the us that states you must pay income tax. it is actually against the constitution to pay income tax unless its foreign income. here it just gets taken out of wages automatically before the person gets their wage....madness the system you have over there

There's a lot of controversy over it, if you youtube there's like a 3 hour explanation on the technicalities as to why we shouldn't pay them.

However, only 1 man that I'm aware of has ever gotten out of paying his taxes due to this technicality, and they no longer allow anyone else to do so.

If you live in Texas or Florida, you don't have to pay a State income tax, though you still have to pay a Federal.

I've been trying to actually get a copy of our tax code for several years now. I give up for a while and then try again. Its like trying to suck up Fluff with a straw.

F*ck, I might actually pay to have someone do these taxes.

I'm going to stay in Louisiana another year if only to have a simpler tax process.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I've done 2 state taxes on top of the federal.

06 was South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Federal. Did that by myself and I'm sure I f*cked that up.

07 was Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and Federal. Did that by myself and now I'm stuck with a 1099 G, which no matter how much I research, I don't know what the hell to do with it, or what it even means.

Now it's Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Federal.

    Ugh.
