Tattoos in Florida/Texas

I'm in Texas just now and travelling to Florida for a week next week. My younger sister and I were looking at getting tattoos which we've wanted for 2/3 years now. She's 17, our parents aren't here with us but our Uncle is. Is there any way either state would let her be tattooed?

Your parents will probably have to sign a consent form for your sister, or the tattoo artist can be sued for putting it on a minor.

Yeah some places won't even tattoo you with a parent if you're not not 18. So idk best bet is to call and ask them

Oh, and just remember if you do find a tattoo artist that's willing to do tattoos for someone who's underage without parental consent, you should consider whether or not they're even a legit artist...just be careful a tattoo is something that can easily be fcuked up and then ur sis would be stuck with it for life.
