Okay Ladies, approaching you in a gym environment

Alright women, what are your thoughts about being approached while working out and or being in a gym??

I've been wanting to approach women I catch glancing at me while I'm working out, I don't know if it's because of the crazy faces I make while I'm lifting or if they're actually attracted to me. First thing, a lot of them have ipods in, which is a barrier of sorts. lol, what the hell do I say to them? "Hey, wanna do abs with me?" haha, I don't want to sound like a complete idiot.

If a female has an ipod and earphones in, then she probably doesn't want to be disturbed.

And a tip for you. Just because people glance at you, doesn't mean they are attracted to you.

Interested people usually make some effort to talk/get to know you and I think conversation would be easily found in a gym and because you are obviously both there because you share an interest. This alone could be the ice breaker...
