Do you date your ex's?

look at it logically. the concept of dating is a scanning process for all people to find the right one for you, correct? considering this, the One for you will click perfectly with you and you will both naturally adore each other's presence (not presents), unless you both have grown up with a subconcious programming that forces you to make yourselves miserable.

i'm against dating people you've already gone out with.

im back with my ex! he was my boyfriend when i was 14 then we ran into each other 9 yrs later and were at it again.
i know what u mean by not dating them. i would never ever get back w/ chris's dad!!! ewwwwww NO!

but it would depend on special circumstances. in your case--look at it like this: people always change over time as a general rule. maybe at age 14 he was a smart ass (like me ) and you didn't like that part of him. 9 years later, maybe he stopped being a smart ass or you began to like him. remember there are many many many many many many proportions and properties of people's characteristics that change things--especially over 9 years.

I wouldnt date an ex unless you truely believe they have changed and you want to see if the new person is someone you want to be with, because once its over with a person its over you can't just... you get me, basically like whats said above

No way. Ive done that once. And I certainly lookn back on my x's now no way in hell. Id rather be alone. Theres a reason you broke up, and most of the time people break up cause of issues. I agree with Blue, there is no way Id ever even think about gettn with my sons dad. eww yuck, and definetly not with my x of 5 years ago. Damn, I dont care what happened whose fault what reasons, lookn at my life now as opposed to what it was, no way. Im more picky now. Maybe it comes with age and some experience. But no. NO way in hell. Theyre x's for a reason.

the main reason people get back with x's is for one last 'fling' to get over them, getting back with an x never lasts its just for circumstances really, usually to get over them but can be other things.

Tried it. And I found out it wasn't worth it. All it did was annoy me even more that we were exes (since she broke it off). I was getting NOTHING out of it, she was getting free dinners. Then I made sure we went dutch on everything, and I STILL was getting nothing but annoyed. So I stopped talking to her. I just get so annoyed from the situation. I deal with her brother and her brother only (who is helping me set up an investment plan and keeps bugging me to come work for him)

i have too many nicknames for my g/f to be healthy. and omfg she has too many for me seriously there should be a law against that many nicknames.

ewww my ex hubby let me tell you over the years we have grown to be firends and supportive of each other but thats it no way jose!!!!! people do change but somethings are not ment to be we sure arent he still annoys the heck outta me!!! i can only really talk to him for so long before i wanna strangle him. the only thing good that came out of that relationship was my son!!
