    Confidence

For some reason I seem to have very low self-esteem since my most-important relationship ended quite awfully. I've lost alot of confidence (although it doesn't always show).

I seem to have gone into relationship destruct mode, the man I adore came in and out of my life within just months and I never quite got over him. Then, 6 months later I began a relationship with a guy who was "perfect" the stereotypical Romeo kinda guy and I just shut him out of my life. I had no intentions of falling for him - and I didn't.

Now its apparent that I seem to avoid having any feelings for anyone, be it friends, family or guys. Also began feeling ridiculously unconfident and have noticed a few negative changes about my personality.

Anyone know how I can get back to my old self, learn to love again?

    I'd really appreciate it.

I don't know about your "old self", since that self was the one who got you here. Were there red flags about the guy who broke your heart that you didn't see? What happened there? You need to work through that loss before you can move on.
