Advice for making up!

I recently broke up with my girlf, and it really is horrible.. I believe it was because of misunderstandings, me lacking self-confidence and being insecure.. Is there anyone who has made up with your ex-es? I need some advice, thanks

To start with, you must resolve the issues that caused the breakup, that is,
your lack of self confidence and being insecure. Once that is done, present
yourself as a new man to your girlfriend and talk to her about how you wanna
get back together, but don't impose anything. You probably broke her heart,
so give her some time to heal her wounds as well.
