I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate a milestone in my break up.

I was together with my boyfriend for a year and a half and we broke up 3 and half months ago.

It's been a tough recovery but I had a milestone today that I wanted to share so people know we can all get thru this together.

Yesterday was his birthday and I totally forgot about it until today. I didn't call or email or text. Didn't even think about it. It made me really happy because it means he's not a priority on my mind.

So hang in there peeps. There is light at the end of these tunnels.

You are on the path to full recovery...if you are not already doing it, it helps if you get yourself busy with other activities including interest that you have or get a new interest.

Thanks Pam. I have started doing more things.

I started a russian class, and then decided to try roller derby for the first time. Unfortunately I broke me leg at the roller derby which kept me from my Russian class, but everything is getting back to normal.
