I so hate nighttime after a break-up. All I can think about is what he is doing, whether he is with anyone, and I fear going to sleep because I know I'll have upsetting dreams about him.

If only there was a way to fast forward through break-up aftermath.... ugh.

8 months here. Still think of him before sleep, better fast forward till you have a new guy then you will somehow forget him. Lol.

Tempting to think like that but if you apply that attitude to your whole life you are just wishing it away. It sucks big time that your relationship ended but without the sour in life how can we have the sweet? We have to embrace the bad times just as much as we do the good. The bad experiences are where we learn the most.

Try and get stuck into a really good book when you are alone at night, I found that helped me.
