how to let go of crush feeling for a girl

I have developed a crush for my friend's gf. How do I let go of it.. I always feel like talking to her. Whenever she doesnt contact me even within a day, I miss her and start worrying. I feel I should have someone else in my life strongly but I dont know if I can find any girl soon. But I want to let go of this missing feeling. It is not possible for me to be completely out of contact as she is working in the same company as me and also ours is a small company. I am not in a position to change job also. I want to be just a friend to both but I should get out of this missing feeling and be able to concentrate on my life. Please help.

your being obsessive over a girl you never dated? seems odd... you are also being selfish.. if she wanted to be with you and not your friend she would be dating you!..

Get yourself out there. Sign up for dating sites, ask your friends if they know any women who are single, go to any singles events you might hear about. Invading your friends territory because it's safe and you don't feel like doing the work yourself is not good for anybody.
