Love and Feeling Depress

Does it happen to you? When you are in love do you also feel sorta depress too?

Ha ha sometimes Henry. Some dramas we go through make feel a bit like that but once it is all sorted I feel better. Love to me doesn't equal happiness. So there are always going to be ups and downs.

Think of emotions like an ocean. The ocean represents all your emotions - good, bad, depressed, etc. Sometimes you feel love very strong (high tide). But then the water recedes and you feel a little depressed. But it is natural. The water needs to reach its equilibrium. It always comes back to its resting level. That is all that is happening with you. Your emotional self is just trying to balance itself out.

The trick is not to let the depression stop you from enjoying the good things in life.
