Gynecomastia or just fat?

Nurses don't diagnose, but I would lean towards gynecomastia. Maybe you should try losing the extra weight, and see where you stand? If you still have boobs, you get liposuction.

Also, just something for you guys to keep in mind, I may look "bigger than I let on" in my pictures, but to be fair, it's kind of hard to tell anything without other people in the picture, yanno? Basically, I look "big" because there's nothing else in the picture to compare me to. I know my body definitely looks a bit out of shape, but in terms of physical size, I'm about the same as a normal person, if not a bit smaller even.
