Are there chances?

This girl from my previous school who I haven't seen or spoken to in two years just sent me a message asking me to be her partner for prom. I told her that I already have a partner and apologized. She answered "Oh okay, shame ."

Well I hate to be digging up crappy memories, but I asked this girl out two years ago in a party, but later on she declined. The thing is that I've changed physically alot since then. Worked out, changed hair and dressing styles, and gained alot more charisma.

So I asked her how life had treated her and we texted back and forth about an hour or so, then the conversation died.
I'm not really expecting anything out of this, and I'm not in too much in a rush to start contacting her, but it would be cheerful to know whether I'd have chances with her (Note: I don't have any major feelings for her, and could just shrug it off if it's a no-go.)

I'd like to know your input on this, ladies.

You will not know unless you ask her out on a date. If she gives you a bunch of excuses of why she can't or says no, then you will have your answer.
