When I do cum it's too much. It's disgusting to me honestly. Like in my other problem with the older gf, we never have sex so I masturbate a lot. At least once a day, at most around 4 times. I guess I have a high libido. I exercise, lift weights and cardio along with good diet and lots of water so I guess that's to blame as well, a healthy lifestyle.

Are there any suggestions for less semen production, like foods? Hoping to avoid drugs or medication.

Sorry, I am unfamiliar with porn star's ejaculate abilities, but I think if you adopted a more confident attitude about it (and even acted PROUD of it), women wouldn't be bothered, and probably wouldn't even notice.
