Why don't guys call when they say they will?

I need a guys opinion on this. Why don't you guys call when you say you will? Is it because you want us woman to call?

it usually means they dont like the person very much or they have a bad signal or they got rushed to hospital or they are married or they are doing something really interesting or they found a small bird and are playing with it or they just forgot. you should call and check.
