a kiss on the cheek

Hi guys,

I am wanting to know, especially from the men here....

after a date he kisses you on the cheek.....What does that mean?

Why do you kiss a woman on the cheek?

Does it mean, you're sweet but no thanks? Does it mean you see her as a friend? Does it mean I like you?

Just curious to see if there is something about a kiss on the cheek at the end of a date......or even nothing at all??

as for me I do it often, but it depends which for a date was it?
I mean if it was the first date, I actually do it for a kind of being friendly, and it doesnt matter if I like this woman or not.

Depends a little bit... A kiss from me to a cheek would be an absolute sign that I like someone.

It really depends. IMO, unless its between family, its a way to increase intimacy while staying on the side of respectful. Its more than a hug, but less than a passionate kiss. In situations where a relationship is still developing, it can be a way to 'test' the recipient's level of attraction. I agree with everyone who says that, at minimum, it means the person giving the kiss likes the person being kissed.

I wonder how many of you have had your hand kissed? Do you find it more or less intimate than a cheek kiss?
