Re-Connecting With a Girl I Used to Talk to

The end of senior year of high school, I started talking a little bit with a girl I had a huge crush on. When summer started, I asked her on a couple dates, which I think went pretty well (but I think I missed a chance to kiss her, which was a little awkward). However, I didn't think I wanted a long-distance relationship in college, so I stopped talking to her. After being in college for a few weeks, I cant stop thinking about her, and it would really suck to see her date other guys. How do you think she would react to me asking her to hang out again over a break or something like that?

I have no clue how she would react, you'll have to ask her

Just ask her. You've got nothing to lose by trying.
“This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which was odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy.” ― Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
