Problem with my text delivery - now I look weird

Been dating a guy for about two months now. He texted me earlier and I replied, then just after I sent another text just adding a bit on to what I'd just said. The thing is, he's only received the second text (I get delivery reports). The first one hasn't gone through for some reason.

Without the first text, the second one sounds really strange. It could have actually been a reply, so he won't necessarily know that another text was supposed to come before it. He hasn't replied and now I feel like I look weird. Also, I'm thinking that if he does eventually receive the first bit, it'll look like I sent it hours after the second one, which will look even stranger!

What should I do? I can't send a third text! Haha.

Stop thinking about it. Unless your second text was go fk yourself... then if he actually likes you, he'll text you back in time. If he never does, then he never did.

Haha, agreed! Most of our conversations (when not in person) are phone calls. I'm glad about this for many reasons, especially ones like this!

So give him a call and tell him You don't think the first one went through and without it, the second one might be a tad confusing so you're calling to clarify. If he doesn't answer, hopefully he has voice mail.
... Or just wait.
