had the strangest experience on the train

so about an hour ago was just getting of the train and a guy we didnt know suddenly came up to us and said hi , we thought he was going to ask us what time was it or were the train was heading but instead he was like have you had a good day and was like i have had a really good day then , at the end he was like i would like to pay for your train ticket and put £20 in my mums bag and then walked off.


anyone else had any strange experiences like that?

No, never had a stranger (give) me money, I have had drinks bought for me before but that is wanting some attention back in return, yours wasn't.
