lol dont get frustrated. Some Community Colleges and High schools will just send the transcript to the University so you don't have to pick it up or anything. For Spring term here, the deadline is December 1st. I would think yours would be similar.

Tone, you will be fine, when did you think you would go back? Spring 2006 is January. You can't start during the fall semester this year. All applications have fees around $50.

Ohhh okay, I thought that meant I couldn't start til Spring.

    Complete the application:

Click to Apply Online (recommended) OR

Apply by downloading a paper application (make sure to sign and date your application if submitting a paper application)

    * Include the $45 application fee:

Online applicants may pay using Visa or Mastercard on a secure site.

Checks should be made payable to the “University of Nebraska.” Include the applicant's name on the memo line of the check.

    * Contact your high school to have them submit your official high school transcripts.

    * Contact each postsecondary institution that you have attended to request your official transcripts sent to the Office of Admissions.

    * Nebraska Residents Only. To be considered for Transfer Scholarships, please submit a one-page typed personal statement with your name and social security number that highlights your leadership and involvement at your current school. Personal statements should be sent to:
    Office of Admissions
    1410 Q Street
    Lincoln, NE 68508-0417
Are you freakin kidding me??? Write a ONE PAGE statement on why I want to go to school and pay a $45 fee?!

    Tony, calm down, calm down.

Are you applying for a scholarship from the school? It just says to write a page about your involvement with your current school

After you send that application, you may want to call them and just see if you can speak with a counselor, he can tell you everything you need to do and even give you suggestions as to what you could get into career wise!

ask them if there's any way they'll waive your fee.

hasn't school started already? you probably won't be able to go until the spring. but that gives you time. go to the admissions office and ask for an application and if they'll waive your fee.
