Most girls just give a bunch of BS excuses in hopes they will just figure it out and go away.....that's just being a total b itch. Just be honest, and say "I'm very flattered, but I'm going to have to say no, I'm not interested".

If a guy was interested in me but was too much of a pussy bitch to make a move, then no, I wouldn't put myself out by rejecting him. I probably wouldn't be friends with him, though.

If he told me he liked me, I would be honest and tell him I didn't feel the same way. Wouldn't hurt someone's feelings just cause the feeling isn't mutual. Wouldn't lead him on either and wouldn't be getting too close to give him the wrong idea.
