Most of the anger or hurt I've experienced in my lifetime has dissipated with time and new experiences or changes of outlook on life. I've decided holding on to hurt and anger only continues to hurt me and does nothing to resolve it. It is wasted time and energy. Now I just sit back and wait for karma to do it's work.
