I dont think its like that. The girl thinks these guys are her friends and his friends. Shes teasing in a playful way. I doubt shes trying to make him look bad

From what I understand, she's going along with playful teasing INFRONT of him. This is way different to going behind his back.

Having said that, if she's saying things like "his dick is so small....." or "he's so short and ugly....", I'll alter my opinion. In that case, he probably SHOULD tell her what they are saying behind her back.
