The Stupidest Reasons People Have Been Jealous Of You.

I was tellng Misombra I envied her stats so far here on Love Forum and it gave me this thread idea .

One of the dumbest reasons a girl disliked me was because of how I walked. She told my friend she wanted to fight me because I walked like a supermodel (This was pre-baby so i was a slim little thang)

Whats you guys' experiences?

People don't tend to dislike me in real life, and probably the closest I have come to anyone being jealous of me is with my current clinical instructor, who makes many students cry (and I mean students older than me). For some reason, she has taken a liking to me.

My sister was jealous of me because I went to a private school (she went to a public school) then uni.

She was also jealous that I got braces on my teeth and she didn't.

Jealous of Misombra for being funnier than me.

I am jealous of Grkscorp for making a whole lot more ****ing sense than me, having the will to explain things in such detail, to the point where it annoys people, and then getting something out of it.

Jealous of Indi because she has the well earned privilege of knowing so damn much science.

Jealous of Cain for having the persistence of a bull (which ironically is the 'bad' part of my critique)

Jealous of Starbuck for being seductively attractive, artistically successful, and so able to get along with people.

Jealous of Boobaa for his ability to understand.

Jealous of Loveadmin for owning Loveforum.

Jealous of Frasbee for being a mod, and the ability to write creatively.

Jealous of Shh for having done so well in college, being part of a religion that is so historically enthusiastic, and having a nice home life.

Jealous of Dasein for having a creative German alias.

Jealous of Bluesummer for being able to speak so many languages (fluently?) and having a very successful relationship which has led to marriage.

Jealous of Gigabitch for not only being so ironic, but being correct too.

Jealous of Ecojeanne's controversial personality, ability to question the nature of things.

Jealous of DM's humor, ability to debate, and knowledge of chemistry.

Jealous of CB... well... humor I guess, maybe ability to come up with insults that are chokingly wonderful.

Jealous of Mishanya for his ability to speak Russian, reasoning and uniqueness.

And wow, all of this coming from the person you think is so pompous and arrogant, you refer to him as the almighty know it all! I guess it just shows how much YOU really know.... which does not include how negatively I think of myself.

Eh, I tried to clarify it a few times in that thread. Posts kept deleting for whatever reason. I just get that vibe that my opinion does not matter. And I believe that one apple spoils them all, you know.

Maybe my opinion doesn't matter. I've thought that. I've considered that. Maybe it wasn't worthwhile to read, maybe I was even wrong. Doesn't the majority rule? I mean, the majority is always right, isn't it?

Well, my opinion doesn't really matter. In fact, it's wrong, too. But at least I am honest. But do you want to know the truth? The truth hurts. That's why people don't accept it. They don't want to hear it. Is true honesty, then, that which is true, or that which points out the truth? I know, another stupid zen-like post of mine. What I mean to say is, I am trying to get you to recognize the way things are. And the truth isn't exactly how it seems to us.
