21st Birthday Dilemma

So Ive been in a relationship for little over 2 months now and my girlfriend is about to turn 21. Im unfortunately only 20 with almost 4 months to go.

This is a big deal to her, which is understandable, and I want her to have a fun and memorable birthday. The problem Im having is she wants to go to bars and drink, but she also wants to be with me (Which obviously cant happen)

So basically what are some things we can do together that wont be just another birthday?

We were thinking possibly a weekend getaway. Any advice?

If I wasnt turning 21 in less than a year I would definitely invest in a fake, but it just seems kinda dumb to buy one to use for a few months
