Met someone new.. Birthday gift

So I met a guy online, and we've been talking for a few weeks now. Mostly emails, and texts.

We met in person a couple days ago. And really hit it off. And I found out his birthday was the next day.

So the next day I sent him a quick message wishing him a happy birthday.

We've agreed to meet up again later this week for dinner. And I think I want to bring him some sort of present.

But the problem is I have no clue what to bring. I still don't know him well enough to buy him something personal. So I need some ideas!

By the way, both of us are in our mid to late 20's

Hmm, you must be a VERY nice girl ! I personally wouldn't want anything, but maybe get some tickets to a movie or something and you can just kind of throw it in the conversation, with a nice smile, that he can consider it a belated b-day gift.

Honestly, I wouldn't. It's really new and you have already said HB I reckon that's enough. Save it til Xmas or his b/day next year.

Since you want to give him a present but don't know what, and you're asking him out, why not pay for dinner then? tell him its your gift.
