Broads, advice and not getting Friend Zone'ed...

So broads like to tell their stories to every dick in town, hopefully to prop up their egos and whatnot..Some guys don't mind being the figurative big brother/gay guy but those guys are generally timid, weak willed losers. The rest of us guys are guys who don't want to get Friend Zone'ed.

Now my question is, When a broad is asking for advice on any given situation, should the guy make like a douchebag and ignore her question and/or be all stoic and not really care or offer anything? My hypothesis is showing care in any way whatsoever means the women thinks the guy is a pushover and therefore, a guy should never give advice or hear a broad out.

    What say you?
Because we have to chase him. Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

Shrug your shoulders and say "I dunno" if needed and show you have no interest in continuing the conversation, by looking at your phone, or pretend to be distracted.

I don't tell guys my personal problems...that's what my GFs are for. I shoot the shit about guns, cars or beer and stuff with the guys, or make fun of another dude.

Hm...so I take it that a broad soliciting advice almost assuredly means guaranteed Friend Zone?

If a girl comes up to you and starts telling you her life story and asks about personal shit....you are already friend zoned anyways whether you answer her or not.

Lol, I meant more like if a guy and a broad got acquainted then over the course of, say, a FB chat she started divulging her private info...

If a girl came up to me randomly with a sob story, I'd just nod, feign interest and look for an exit.

If I was to show my interest in a guy, I would be asking questions about himself, cracking jokes and doing little teases. Not start talking about personal shit...like I said that's what my GFs are for.

So I was correct, which of course is no surprise since on the topic of relationships and dating I can and have never been wrong..

I read that long ago. Too basic. I'm the real treasure trove for bird-related stuff, OBVIOUSLY..

yeah I have to agree with smackie, if I went to a guy and started telling him about a guy I liked or some hookup I had, it would mean that guy was in the friend zone. I would never tell that kind of stuff to a guy I was interested in dating or hooking up with
