I wouldn't like it too much if I were you. Did her ex ever want to try to get her back when you two were together? Because with my boyfriend, his ex tried to get back with him when him and me were dating, and that made me madder than hell and it really agitates me that he chats with her online sometimes because of that reason. I wouldn't put up with it if I were in your shoes.

What was the original fight about anyway? Was it really that serious that she needed to vent to an outsider as inappropriate as an ex? Is she a very thin skinned as a person?

I think you have every right to be pissed off about her hanging out with her ex. Especially after you've had a fight. She would have to be OBLIVIOUS to not know this would bother you.
