Hey, guys. My friend's wife has managed to bail to Florida with their only child. She did not leave an address of phone numbers and won't respond to his e-mails. Is there a form that he can file with the court to protect himself when she hits him back with child support?

that's what we are trying to avoid actually. we just want to fill out the form informing the court that she bailed without leaving any info and that we tried contacting her by e-mail (that's all we have left)

Both of my parents have done this with my sister. In both cases, it wasn't a serious kidnapping, but just a power game.
