Is this going to be a mistake?

Me and my ex boyfriend split up about two months ago and he met a new girl not long after. I'd been texting him and he wanted me to leave him alone then he got his girlfriend to text me to tell me to leave him alone but that didn't stop me. They both got really annoyed and this new girls ex boyfriend text me which was nice, he new how I'd been feeling and he'd been feeling the same. Anyway long story short we've ended up falling for each other but it's early days yet and I'm worried I'm making a mistake. He's lovely and he makes me happy but his got a bad past, a past is a past and that's fine but not all of it is able to be forgotten about. He has baggage (kids, lives with his kids mum, still druggy mates) and I'm worried that I'm not ready to take on a guy with baggage and a guy that my dad might not like but at the end of the day I'm falling for him and I'm not sure what to do?

You are one emotionally desperate girl. First you harass your ex when he has already moved on....seriously you made yourself look quite pathetic, now only to move onto some loser that was the leftovers of your ex's new GF's. And now here you are wondering what you should do? It's no wonder you ex wanted it to be over with you. Girl you have some growing up to do. You have low self esteem, no self respect or any common sense. Do yourself a favour and don't date this loser. You know he has nothing going for himself. He sounds like he is older than you...how old are you? 18? This whole thing is a big mistake and you should know better. Get off the pot. Focus on doing things to make your life better, by getting a life and not a BF. Having a BF doesn't give you one. Go hang out with friends (that's providing you have any) or make new ones, get into positive activities, take up tennis or join a club, do whatever, but do not get mixed up with stupid losers.
