help with situation

Hi
I need your thoughts with a situation im in with this girl i meet a few months ago. I first met her while i was doing a medical study and she was the doctor doing it. I had to go back on many occasions to see her and we got on pretty good . I really liked her the first time i see her and i fell in love with her Australian accent. so it came to the last day of the trial and as i picked up my coat and said by she called me back in and gave me a cuddle and told me to keep in touch with her as she was going back to Australia the next day.

so a few days passed and i emailed her asking her how her trip was and i got no reply about 3 weeks later i got a reply saying she was really sorry she thought she had sent me a reply. she also said that she had been skyping her old boss and her boss said to her to come back over to do some more trials. she finished the email by telling me if she decides to come over again she will let me know the date.
I replied to her email and it been a week now and nothing so should i take it that she wants to be friends or something more? even though we live 000's of miles apart. i have no idea what to do so any insight would be appreciated lol

I know I'm a bloke answering on a female forum, but I think the situation is generic..... some people don't like to invest in a relationship if there is distance and a busy schedule to deal with. I say hold off and wait for her to contact you. If you guys get to meet up again, it might be just for fun. And if you play your cards right you might get some mattress magic out of the deal.

Sounds like more of a caring doctor than a move towards a relationship.
