Missed opportunity...?

Need some help here.

Im a 40 year old guy,

5 year ago I started working with a woman from a parallel company (support contract)
we became kind of friends, after the contract ended, we saw each other for dinner or events every 3 months, because of time/work.

I have always liked her allot. But guess I have fallen into the friend category.

A year ago she got divorced, and is now sharing her kids with her ex.
She changed a bit and was more outgoing, touching me and inviting me home.
I was a bit stupid and didn't notice at the time (my dad was killed).

The next time I met her, she had changed back. And told me she had started seeing someone.

Now I hear from her boss that she confides to, that she apparently have had feelings for me
sins her divorce.

What can I do, am I to late now ?

Nb. English isn't my first language.

All you can do is talk to her and see how she feels... Someone doesn't know of you feel about them unless u show it or tell them...
