I tend to discharge alot, my knickers always seem to be wet and yes, it is annoying.
But I cannot cum... I never used to concentrate on it but it's just lately, it's what I've noticed. Is this perfectly normal or not?

As long as it doesn't smell funny or have a greenish or grayish color, then you are probably ok. The amount of discharge that comes out changes throughout your menstrual cycle.
