I actually believe that girls make up some of the nastiest room mates ever. She will be spotting every little bit of dust and misplaced item of clothing and either giving you half an hour lecture on the health hazards these represent or taking the liberty of throwing out your posessions (the second is probably better). Unless you are curious of what it's like to live in hell on earth I would recommend to go with a guy room mate. Personally, living with guy room mates although messy was the best time of my life. Girls are good to live with when in a relationship with them (some), room mate wise they can be some of the most evil creatures on earth.
Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame
God or the Devil

No, but I am waiting for him to scream--in my voice--at my roommate to shut the hell up, and then to threaten to kick said roommate's ass when he or she attempts to argue.

lol mish. Seriously?
Yeh, through personal experience and experience of others, there's always less drama and more fun when the sexes (especially strangers) live in seperate physical locations.
It's not easy even when you are in a relationship either, but at least you have that intimacy and mutual understanding to fall back on.

I live with a guy now. I lived with another guy for a year. No drama.
I guess it's just because I'm perfect.

I'm more likely to butt heads with a male, particularly over perceived disrespect. Women get much more leeway.
We'll see. Right now I'd like to give the room to the older guy, but I think he's been looking at a lot of places and I'm not sure he's going to pick mine. I don't have much time to wait for him to make up his mind. I may be going with a cutie.

The only time i ever had drama with a room mate was when they were female. I think it's hard for two women to live under the same roof, unless they are related.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
I've also lived with females before with no problem. However, I was either younger, or I had lots of space to myself. I am curious how it will go when 2 girls move into my small apartment. I am very much enjoying living with a boy. If it doesn't work out with the girls, maybe I'll find another male roommate. (And not sleep with him - it's possible. Just sayin.)
I don't think it really matters what the sexes are as much as how much they get along. I've known clean girls and dirty girls (sounds fun, but meant the other way) and I've known guys who are clean and dirty.
I'm a clean guy but not anally clean...I mean I live in a house so yea there might be an unfolded blanket on the couch and a few dishes in the sink, but you don't stick to anything, it doesn't smell, there isn't trash everywhere, etc. I don't even where shoes in my house like a lot of guys.
So see, it just depends on the person.

Ive had good and bad experience living with both. I found it much more fun and easy going living with guys. Unless its my friends, i find it hard to get on with women- most of them irritate the fcuk out of me.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
I can't live with other women. In my experience, they're horrible, nasty, lazy pig people.
Same goes for men, most of the time.
Damn, I hate hairless monkeys today.
